Often times generic courses in universities end with the linear models but the work of many students demand much more advanced than what these courses could offer. This course dives further than linear regression models and deals with popular generalised linear options like binary logistic regression models, ordinal models, multinomial models, count models.

R markdown is a complete echo-system of authoring documents. It allows authors to combine text and code aspects of their projects and produce reports, journal articles, presentations, books, dashboards or web applications. This course will cover basic and advanced topics in R markdown. At the end of the course, we will produce a complete journal article with citations and references ready for publication.
